Geometric Wedding Stationery

A few weeks ago, this vibrant desert floral wedding stationery from our style shoot with the amazing Konsider It Done event planning team was featured on 100 Layer Cake! So fun right?! Just wait until you see the cake…

As part of a drop-dead-gorgeous (I’m dead serious) styled shoot at Phoenix, Arizona’s newest desert inspired wedding venue, The Paseo, I got to create the stationery set inspired by the radiant florals found in the Arizona desert.

For the escort cards, I painted a bright floral arrangement on diamond shaped cards to perfectly wedge into the champagne glasses. Now that’s a way to claim your seat!

I used the same floral design paired with a fuscia colored romantic font to bring shape to the menus. One of my favorite things to do when designing stationery pieces is to find the right balance of geometrics and soft lines. Doesn’t it scream, “I’m sophisticated but still know how to let loose?!” Kind of like business in the front, party in the back. Am I right?

And can we talk about how stunning this cake from A Bakeshop is with the florals literally popping off the page? I love seeing other creatives kill their craft.

The rest of the creative team including Bella Lily Bridal, Hoot & Holler, Tremaine Ranch, Event Rents, Classic Party Rentals, MgN Cinematography and Ideal Bridal created the desert wedding any bride would dream of!
