Your wedding invites get the party started for your guests, but boo thang, you’d better believe the stationery soirée doesn’t end there.
Spark your guests’ delight with the little touches, and have them talking about your wedding long after the dance floor lights go out.
I’m all about designing stationery that pops off the page (or sign… or stir stick…) and into your guests’ good time. Looking to next-level your bash? You’ve got a stationery diva at your service (that’s me, I’m the stationery diva).

Start With the Signage
Ask the couple about their first impression of each other, and you’re sure to get a good story. The same applies to wedding day signage.
Nail the signage, and jaws will be dropping as guests walk into the venue — no biggie, I’ve seen it before, only at, like, every wedding I’ve ever designed for (checks nails).
Signage is all about storytelling, it tells the tale of the couple using the wedding as the backdrop. Weaving together the color scheme, type font, and mood that all began with the invitations, and carries cohesively through the entire event.
Not sure where to start? Nerd out with me about wedding signage ideas, it might just be my favorite convo ever.

Elevated Escort Displays
Boring was so last year. Every detail of immersive design is a chance to wow your guests when they’re least expecting it, and the escort display is no exception.
Use it to create an experience, and let your loved ones know what they’re in for. This is a space to get creative, or shower your invitees with a little attention.
I’ve had couples put the table assignments on playful heart-shaped sunglasses that guests could wear. Another couple gave out cactus keychains on the seating chart, which matched the desert-vibes of the wedding.

Tailored Table Numbers
If you’re doing it right, your wedding reception design should be a whole vibe. Don’t underestimate the artistic influence of the little touches.
These bad boys are an extension of your aesthetic, be it disco-ball retro, otherworldly ethereal, or elegantly chic. We’re talking 3D acrylic, layered designs, laser-cut wood, and sculptural art.

Memorable Menus & Other Details
I’m obsessed with couples who appreciate the subtle (or not-so-subtle) accents. Menus are another spot where a bit of attention can go a long way. From cocktail menus to food menus to personalized name cards or printed napkins, adding these guest experience details is such a fun way to make your loved ones feel like VIPs.
Don’t miss a chance to say, “Oh yeah, we went there.” In which case — no stir stick should go undecorated. Some couples choose to put their monograms on stir sticks, others… put pictures of their cat’s face on them. To match the cocktail named after the cat, of course (couples take note, more of this please).
Whether your vibe is more groovy, or sentimental, bold, or dreamy, I’m here to help you set the mood and let your guests know you’re serious about having a damn good time. Let’s work together, m’kay?
