Hi, I'm Heidi

We want every bride’s experience to be as smooth as possible. So we’ve gathered all the best tips and advice you could possibly need to help plan the wedding of your dreams. Find more tips & tricks here.

If I asked you what wedding day stationery included, what do you usually think is included? Invitations? Maybe reply cards? But that is just the beginning! As a wedding stationer, my job is to brand a day from start to finish. In order to brand your wedding, you have to create an experience for your guests from the first paper product they see when they open the save-the-date in the mail, until the wedding favor they go home with after an entire day of celebrating.

Some of the most creative day-of stationery I’ve worked on include noise makers, menus, drink signs, menus, and even a tambourine party favor!

The most important key factor to remember when selecting wedding day stationery is to create a cohesive experience. Each piece needs to incorporate similar features, while all providing a unique space and purpose for a wedding to remember!

These tambourines served a duel purpose for a VERY special wedding stationer set. Guests found these tambourines on their seats at the ceremony and used them to celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs. as they made their way down the aisle. Then, they turned into glow in the dark pieces to party with during the reception!

Instead of a traditional sendoff, I created these “Make Some Noise for the Kiss” noisemakers! They perfectly complimented the invitation suite by incorporating the same fonts, colors and patterns. How fun is that?!

One of my favorite places to use day-of stationery is at the bar! If you and your boo are serving signature drinks, this is a perfect place to continue your brand of your wedding.

A stationery area that can easily get overlooked is your menu! Each guest will really appreciate a menu waiting for them at their place setting to keep them in the loop of the plan for the night. And, it’s an easy way to tie in more of your branding elements.
